Classroom and Live Online Training: Refund & Cancellation

Adjustments by Cert Solution: There are occasions when Cert Solution may need to postpone, relocate, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or external disruptions (such as natural disasters or political unrest).

• In the event of a cancellation by Cert Solution, participants will be eligible for a full refund.

Participant Cancellation:

• Participants who cancel their registration 7 days or more before the event will receive a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Course Cancellation & Refunds:

• Initial 48 Hours: Participants who withdraw their enrollment within the first 48 hours after registering will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a 5% processing fee.
• Beyond 48 Hours: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the 48-hour window has closed.

Third Party Coursework:

• For cancellations within the first 48 hours, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made beyond 72 hours of enrollment.

Addressing Overpayments:

If a duplicate payment is made, the excess funds will be returned using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the processing of the transaction after notification.

Timelines:

Expect any eligible refunds to be processed and credited within 3 working days from the date they are approved.
